We do not allow for refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our products for sanitation purposes.
Please inspect your orders immediately once you receive them. If orders are received damaged, please fill out the contact us form to let us know and we will be in contact with you to sort it out. We can send replacement products if we are advised of the damage(s) within 5 days of receiving the order. Picture proof will be required to asses the damage(s). If you do not advise us of the damage(s) within 5 days of receiving the order, we will not be able to replace it.
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed, even if it has not been shipped yet. Please double check your order before proceeding with payment confirmation.
